One of the most sought after fashion designers of the last fifty years Oscar de la Renta has died at the age of 82.
Although born in the Dominion Republic he made his name in the US and was a favourite among America’s first ladies and numerous Hollywood stars.
He was known in the industry for his floral, feminine elegant designs with flattering silhouettes.
